Just got back from the show. They played 7/7/78 Red Rocks, and it ROCKED!!! Donna Jean was there too.Met Rob Barraco in passing. He was on his way in through the lobby of Nokia,Times Square. Nice guy. Very good keyboardist. Stood in the front"row" for the first 5 or 6 songs then got a seat further back.First time I've been so close at a concert.Always wanted a front row view. General admission.Standing only in front section. No seats in the front. Lot's of eye candy. Lots. Had a great time. Had to sit for a while because of a preexisting back condition. Highlight for me was the Scarlet>Fire>Dancin'.Very HOT!!! Very young crowd for the most part. Some didn't belong there at all. Some bottle-throwers and jabbers. All in all a decent crowd. Dan Healy was at the controls.Met him too, briefly.Tight security. 4 dollar water. I guess that's to be expected. Along with the double encore was a bonus of How Sweet It Is.
Donna looked good.Never saw her before. Not sure if I would have cared to but it was a treat for me tonight.
